Fees

Rates: 

$160.00 for each 50 minute individual session

$240.00 for each 75 minute individual session

$200.00  for each 50 couples sessions

I do not file with insurance companies. Upon request  I can provide you a monthly statement with the necessary information to submit for out of network benefits.  I cannot guarantee reimbursement.   

Please contact your insurance company directly, prior to your appointment, to determine your coverage benefits for out of network behavioral health providers. 

Cash, check made to Latina Griffin LCSW, or credit card is accepted for payment.  Fees are due at the time of service.

I also accept Lyra Health

At least 48 hours advance notice is required for session cancellation. With less than 48 hour notice you will be required to pay for the session in full.
